Every effort has been made to ensure that our website, brochures and any associated advertising for our events is accurate at the time of release or printing. Susie Walker & Associates Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred, injury, damage or loss caused by any unintended inaccuracy that might occur.
PROTECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
Personal information that you have provided to Susie Walker & Associates Pty Ltd is only used for the purposes in which it is given. Your information will never be sold, transferred or shared with any third parties, unless required by law.
All events are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of an appropriate per ticket booking fee, unless otherwise stated.
Once payment has been received and verified by the bank, we will manually email your ticket attached as a PDF, within 7 days. Please print a copy of ticket/s for each person attending and bring them with you to the event. This is your proof of purchase at the door.
REFUND POLICY – FOR CANCELLATIONS
Consideration is given at our discretion, if you contact us two-weeks prior to an event. Refunds, less a booking and admin fee will be offered up to two-weeks prior. If you notify us that you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances after that, you may at our discretion, have your fees transfered to another event. If you fail to attend a program you have booked for on the day, the full amount for the booking will be forfeit.
IF AN EVENT IS CANCELLED
Susie Walker & Associates Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel, make changes to the itinerary or re-schedule any workshop or event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient registrations received or for the safety or comfort of all participants. If Susie Walker & Associates Pty Ltd cancels an event, a refund (less the credit card fees) will apply. A funds transfer to a future event can also apply if that suits you. Susie Walker & Associates Pty Ltd and its affiliates cannot be held liable or responsible for any additional expenses that you may have incurred related to the booking/s you have made.
Any product sales at events are non-refundable. Items purchased from our website will not be refunded unless they are faulty (misprinted/bound improperly etc.) Refunds are not offered for ‘change of mind’ reasons. An exchange or credit note can be offered providing the item/s are returned within 14 days of the purchase date and you have your original receipt.
By using our website/s, you consent to our website’s privacy policies. We reserve the right to update and/or make changes to our policies at any time without notice. All/any changes made will be posted on this page.
