Following on from the ‘Lead Yourself First’ intensive and providing the skills and capabilities necessary for leaders to influence cultural development and people empowerment, this course is the foundational link between leadership and the company culture.  Essentially, this program shows leaders how to inspire and align team members with their roles and responsibilities, to link their teams to the broader business culture and to aim for alignment, professionalism and consistency in everything they do.  It teaches leaders how to build a ‘teams within a team’ mentality everywhere they go and to embed a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-management in all those around them.

The program is conducted in a series of short, high-impact training sessions and it is part two, of a two-part leadership development program.  The program is conducted across a series of ‘live’ group sessions, online concept and skill building video lessons and a series of one to one coaching intensives for each individual attendee.  This methodology is a time-proven way to achieve deep, sustainable and consistent outcomes.  The course is designed to allow time for integration and understanding to develop in all participants.
