An Evening Seminar Exploring a Primal Struggle in Relationships (Evening Seminar)

Being in a romantic relationship is a beautiful and affirming experience and for the initial stages, it is a heady process, often filled with open sharing, conscious listening and a willingness to spend quality time together. As time goes on and life becomes busy and focused on a ‘wider view’, it can be easy to forget the little things that made your relationship great, and to begin to notice just how much the other person isn’t giving you exactly what you want.
Battles to be loved and hold the power in a relationship are not new; they have raged since the dawn of time and many famous fiction books and box office movie hits tell the story of these struggles.
But, it doesn’t have to be this way; you don’t need to fight for love or struggle for power, because relationships with others are all about the relationship you have built with yourself and how capable you are of being fully present and ‘self-conscious’ with others.
This seminar will help you to:
- Understand the concept of ‘Love Relationship’ and what is involved when we partner with others
- See the links between Love and Power in romantic relationships
- Understand why ‘personal empowerment’ is a critical component of relationship success
- Increase your confidence and assertiveness in relationships
- Stop ‘doing battle’ with your partner and invite the love between you to blossom
- Understand why relationships break down and how they can be rebuilt
Our significant relationships are the most influential form of self-development available. They are where we often struggle the most for our identity, to be truly loved and to feel cared for and valued. Loving relationships are often a minefield of overwhelm and uncertainty and when those we find to love are not able to commit or unable to deeply love with us; it is confusing and hurtful.
This three-hour seminar is for anyone who wants to improve their relationship skills and understand why people struggle, leave and hurt each other when they fall in love. Whether you are single, have been with a partner for a long time and you need some inspiration for the journey forward, you have recently met someone and want to learn how to keep ‘growing together’ or you are at a ‘crossroads experience’ and looking for some solutions to begin to repair your love; this three-hour exploration into some of the primal aspects of loving relationships, will inspire new levels of personal awareness and a fresh commitment to happiness with your partner.
‘To know you are loved and prized as a life companion is the most exhilarating feeling; it is as if you have finally found your deep self and you are comfortable to just keep on ‘Being’ and ‘Doing’ the very best of you.’
